The Geneva court of appeal confirms the judgement of the court of first instance
dated November 17, 2009 to deny the request for a special audit by
Paramount-Finanz AG. The judges concluded that the questions raised by
Paramount-Finanz AG have been adequately and comprehensively answered by the
corporate bodies of ENR Russia Invest SA ("ENR").

Paramount-Finanz AG was condemned to pay all the court fees plus CHF 15''000 to
cover legal costs of ENR.
